Serving Tips for: 
Vegetables V-Cubes

Do you wish to prepare vegetable bouillon?

Take 1 V-cube and add it to the water (500ml) and let it boil, add some fresh vegetables and let it boil gentle for 20 min.

Do you wish to prepare mushroom bouillon?

Take 3 Vegetable V-cube and add it to the water (1,5l)

Peel and finely chop the shallots. Cut the mushrooms into coarse pieces. Saute the shallot in the olive oil until translucent. Add the mushrooms and sauté for a few more minutes

Add the 1.5 l of boiling bouillon and also the bay leaves, the pine needles (or tarragon) .Season with salt and pepper. Let it gentle boil for a while.

Clean the spring onion and chop finely. Serve the soup with the spring onion.

 

Do you wish to prepare an Asian vegetable bouillon?

Take 3 Vegetable V-cubes and add it to the water (1,5 l) and let it boil and add :

1 onion (in wedges), 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 fresh ginger (sliced, about 4 cm), 4 black peppercorns, 1/2 V-Cube mee kati lao . Let it gentle boil during 20 min.

Strain the stock and add 1 bok choy, 200 grams mixed mushrooms (sliced, wiped clean) and 1 chili peper cut in rings and let it gentle boil for 3 min.

Serve the bouillon with coriander and noodles or tofu

Pad Thai  V-Cubes

Do you wish to prepare thai rice?

Take 1 V-cube and add it to the water (500ml) add the rice and let it boil.

Serve it with your favorite dish.

Do you wish to prepare a Thai sauce?

Take 1 V-cube and add it to the water (300ml)

disolve the cube and add cocunutcream serve it with your favorite dish.

Do you wish to prepare a Thai bouillon?

Boil 1 liter water with vegetables (celery, leek, parsley root)

Take 1 V-cube and add it to the water 

disolve the cube and add some fresh coriander, pieces of tofu and ricenoodles, When the bouillon is ready serve with some fresh coriander.

Homemade couscous salade with Pad Thai V-Cube : by Kimberley Waegeneer Belgium


Ingredients: 400ml water, 1 v-cube pad thai, 250 gram couscous, 1 red bell pepper, 1 zucchini, 1 red
onion, 4 tomatoes, handful of raisins, 200 gram feta, olive oil, olive oil with basil, Himalayan salt,
black pepper, ras el hanout, smoked paprika, fresh parsley


Take 400ml water and bring it just under the boiling point, crumble 1 V-cube Pad Thai in it and let it melt.
Meanwhile you take 250 gram of couscous, add the non-boiling water and pour it over the couscous,
cover it with a clean towel and put away for 5 minutes.
Just give it a stir when you notice that it absorbed all of the bouillon.
Than to the veggies, in this receipt I used 1 red bell pepper, 1 zucchini, 1 red onion, 4 tomatoes,
raisins (the kind you prefer, I used 3 colored ones).
Start chopping the bell pepper, zucchini and red onion in small similar pieces, cubes or any shape you
want. Next step we’ll start with frying the veggies.


Take a wok and add a royal amount of first class olive oil. Then add the chopped onion and 2 thee
spoons of Ras el Hanout, one thee spoon of Smoked paprika, a twist of the Himalayan salt and black pepper and let it fry.
Then add the bell pepper and zucchini, lower the fire and let it fry for a few minutes. After this you
add some water and place a glass lid on the wok and let it fry for a few more minutes on a low fire.
When the water’s gone and you have a solid sauce, it’s time for the next step!
Mingle the veggies and the couscous together and put it away in your fridge to cool down (you eat
this dish cold).
Meanwhile you take your tomatoes and remove the seeds and chop them in cubes. Mingle them
under the couscous. Chop the feta and mingle it also under your couscous. Do the same with your
raisins.
Finishing touch you mingle any kind of olive oil you like in to the couscous salade, I prefer an olive oil with basil in it.
Chop some fresh parsley and add on top of it, ready to serve!

No-Beef V-Cubes

Do you wish to give rice a beef flavor?

Take 1 V-cube and add it to the water (500ml) add the rice and let it boil.

Serve it with your favorite dish.

Do you wish to prepare a beef sauce?

Take 1 V-cube and add it to the water (300ml)

disolve the cube add chopped onion, cream, a splash of red wine and a little sugar.

Serve it with your favorite dish.

Do you wish to prepare a spaghetti Carbonara?

Take 1 V-cube and add it to the water (300ml)

disolve the cube add chopped onion, cream, a splash of red wine and a little sugar.

Cook the pasta, pour the sauce over it and finish with grated cheese or yeast flakes.

Do You wish to prepare Vegan Goulash 

 

Ingredients:

1 onion (roughly chopped), 2 garlic cloves (pressed through the press), 1 fresh red pepper (cut into large cubes), 1-2 packets of smoked tofu, 2 No-Beef V-Cubes, 1 liter water, Chopped parsley, Chopped chives, Rapeseed oil, Pepper, salt

Preparations:

Heat rapeseed oil in a saucepan.

Fry onion and garlic together for a few minutes, then add chopped red pepper.

Prepare the beef broth according to the instructions and pour it into the pan add add the tofu.

Cook for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the ready soup with parsley and chives as desired.

Parsley can be replaced with coriander to give the dish an Asian character.

No-Chicken V-Cubes

Do you wish to give rice a chicken flavor?

Take 1 V-cube and add it to the water (500ml) add the rice and let it boil.

Serve it with your favorite dish.

Do you wish to prepare an Asian chicken bouillon ?

Take 8 V-cubes No-Chicken and add it to the water (4 L)

Boil the stock and add : 

5 spring onions each in 3 pieces ,1 onion quartered, 2 red chili peppers, sliced 50-70g ginger peeled and sliced, 5 cloves of garlic crushed, 60 ml soy sauce, 250 ml rice vinegar ,55 gr granulated sugar.

let it boil gently for 30 min.

Then strain the stock and serve with noodles and tofu.

Do you wish to prepare a vol au vent ?

Take 1 V-cube and add it to the water (400ml)

Boil the stock and add carrot, celery and onion. Let it cook for an hour and then strain the stock. Take a cube of coconut oil and let it melt, add the same amount of flour and mix well until it becomes a firm mass. Add a 0,500 liter of stock to this mass and stir well while the pan is on the fire. When the stock has thickened, add the chopped celery and carrot, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Now you can mix in vegan chicken pieces and serve this meal with rice or french fries.

No-FISH V-Cubes

Do you wish to give rice a Fish flavor?

Take 1 No-Fish V-cube and add it to the water (500ml) add the rice and let it boil.

Serve it with your favorite dish.

Do you wish to make a vegan Fish sauce ?

Take 1 No-Fish V-cube and add it to the water (500ml) add the rice and let it boil.

Add 100 ml soycream and stir well.

Serve it with your favorite fish dish.

Do you wish to make vegan seafood Paella ?

First : prepare the bouillon

Take 2 No-Fish V-cubes and add it to the water (1l)

Boil the stock and add a pinch of Safrane.

Second : Preparing Paella 

Heat a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, add 1 big onion chopped in slices, 4 gloves of garlic, 10 gr parsley and a teaspoon of smoked paprika.

Let the mixture fry for 5 min and stir well.

Add the jackfruit chopped 400 gram and let it fry for 5 min (stir well).

add 200 g chopped tomatoes, 150 g sweet red peppers, 1 teaspoon tomato concentrate and let it cook for 1 min.

Add 125 ml white wine and let it cook 2-3 min.

Now you can add the 1 liter No-fish bouillon and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Add 300 g paela rice and let it boil gentle (on a small fire) without stirring for 20min. 

Take a pan with spoon oil and fry 250 g King Oyster mushrooms, until they are nicely browned on both sides.

Add 50 ml white wine, lemon juice (1/2 lemon), pepper and salt.

Put the fried King Oyster on the paella and serve with fresh parsley.
